螃蟹壳碳酸钙含量测定

摘要

目的 建立螃蟹壳中碳酸钙的含量测定方法.方法 采用乙二胺四醋酸二钠配位滴定法测定螃蟹壳中碳酸钙的含量.结果 碳酸钙在0.02～0.32 g范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),重现性RSD=0.19％,平均回收率100.4％,RSD=2.29％(n=5).结论 该方法简单易行,指标合理,数据可信,灵敏度高.%Objective To establish a determination method for calcium carbonate in crab shell.Methods The content of calcium carbonate in crab shell was determined by disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate coordination titration method.Results The method for the determination of calcium carbonate in crab shell had a good linear relationship(r=0.999 9)within 0.02-0.32 g of calcium carbonate.And this method has a good reproducibility (RSD=0.19 ％).The average recovery was 100.4 ％ (RSD=2.29 ％,n=5).Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,and can be reasonably used to determine the content of calcium carbonate in crab shell.
