玛咖酰胺检测方法与分离纯化研究进展

         

摘要

Objective With many physiological functions such as anti-fatigue, anti-oxidation, anti-cancer, enhancing sexual ability and fertility, macamides have been well-received by academia and markets. However, there are few reports about its composition, detection, extraction, separation and purification, which seriously restricts its research, production and development of related products. In this article, the structural characteristics and chemical properties of macamides, and its research progress including composition, detection, extraction, separation and purification of macamides are reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are also discussed. Furthermore, the future research directions and development trends of macamides are discussed, which provides a scientific guidance for the development and utilization of Maca.%目的 玛咖酰胺具有抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗癌和提升性能力、增强生育力等生理功能,受到学界和市场的热捧.但关于玛咖酰胺组成、检测、提取和分离纯化的系统报道较少,严重制约着玛咖的研究、生产和相关产品的开发.本研究介绍了玛咖酰胺的结构特征和化学性质,综述了国内外有关玛咖酰胺的组成、检测、提取分离和纯化;并阐述了不同检测和分离纯化方法的优缺点;最后探讨了今后玛咖酰胺的研究方向和未来趋势,为玛咖资源开发利用提供科学性指导.
