The ANSYS software was applied to analyze the J696Y-2500 electrical three-way valve body structure in a high pressure heater in detail, and get the stress distribution law and estimate stress strength according to the stress analysis results. The scientific and theoretical base is provided for design and improvement of the valve . Introduce one of the modes applied to the stress analysis of the complicated parts . The analysis and evaluation results show that the stress intensity of valve meets the requirements of ASME Ⅷ-2 and JB 4732-95.%运用ANSYS软件对J969Y-2500电动高加三通阀的阀体结构进行了应力分析,得到了其综合应力分布规律,对综合应力分析结果进行了应力强度评定,为高加三通阀的结构设计和改进提供了科学的理论依据,分析和评定结果表明:阀体的应力强度满足美国ASMEⅧ-2标准和我国JB 4732-95对强度的要求.
