散热器空气侧百叶窗翅片结构参数优化

         

摘要

A three dimensional fluid-solid interaction model is established for the radiator shutter , and numerical simulation of heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics is conducted in air side of the radiator by Laminar model .It is found that the heat transfer and friction performance have good agreement with the correlations in the literatures , so the model is verified correctly;To further clarify the performance of louvered fin in the air side , fin height, louver height, fin thickness and fin pitch are changed to obtain the relationship between the parameters and the characteristics of heat transfer and pressure drop of louvered fin , and it is obtained that a group of structural parameters of louvered fin , the comprehensive performance of which is better .%  对散热器空气侧的百叶窗翅片建立三维流固耦合的模型,运用 Laminar 方法进行数值模拟,结果表明传热与压降特性与实验关联式吻合较好,模型得以验证;为进一步阐明汽车内散热器空气侧的强化传热翅片的性能,分别考察了不同的翅片高度、窗翅高度、翅片厚度和翅片节距等结构参数对传热系数和压降的影响,得到了一组综合性能较好的百叶窗翅片结构参数。
