设计了一款适用于现有CPR1000堆型核电站重要厂用水泵的机械密封,并通过对重要厂用水泵的正常运行工况和事故工况进行分析,提出重要厂用水泵用机械密封替换填料密封后可能出现的事故运行工况,制定了正常运行使用Plan 32,轴封水中断事故时切换到Plan 14的综合机械密封冲洗方案。通过鉴定试验验证,在CRP1000堆型重要厂用水泵上换装机械密封用以替代现有的填料密封,是可以满足正常运行和事故条件下的使用要求的。%One mechanical seal was designed for the shaft sealing of essential service water pump of CPR1000 nuclear power plant.According to the normal and accidental condition analysis of the essential service water pump,the general flashing plan was established.The Plan32 is used during normal condition and Plan14 will be used during flashing water interrupted.This de-sign was validated by the qualification test.The test result approved that it is feasible to use the mechanical seal instead of pack-ing seal for the essential service water pump of CPR1000 nuclear power plant.
