三段基圆渐开线涡旋型线的多目标遗传算法优化

     

摘要

On the base of researching the profile composed by three involutes,the mathematical model was establish which takes the stroke volume and area utilization coefficient as the objective function.Then optimize it by the MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox and have a contrast of the original parameters with the optimized parameters.The result shows that the optimized objective function value is greater than the original objective function value.Compare the optimization results with other scroll profiles and find that the profile composed by three involutes has the highest stroke volume and area utilization coefficient.%对于三段渐开线组成的涡旋型线性能进行研究,建立以涡旋盘的行程容积和面积利用系数为目标函数的数学模型,利用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱对该目标函数进行优化;将优化结果与优化前进行比较,结果表明优化后的目标函数值明显大于优化前的目标函数值;同时将优化结果与其它类型涡旋型线进行对比,得出三段基圆渐开线组合涡旋型线的行程容积和面积利用系数最大.
