水力旋流器分离效率影响因素的研究进展

摘要

旋流器分离效率的影响因素有结构参数、操作参数和物性参数.结构改进和新型旋流器对油水分离效率有较大改善,但提高潜力有限;操作参数的优化可以达到最高分离效率,但受结构和物性限制;油水性质是影响分离效率的决定因素.对油水物性的研究和改善将是未来旋流器发展的方向.%The factors influence the efficiency of hydrocyclone separation are structure parameters ,operation parameters and physical parameters.Structure improvement and design new hydrocyclone can greatly improve oil-water separation efficiency,but the improved potential is limited;the optimization of operating parameters can reach the highest separation efficiency,but it is limited by the structure and properties;the property of oil-water is the decisive factor influences the separation efficiency.Re-search and improvement on the property of oil-water will be the future direction of the development of the hydrocyclone.
