多翼离心风机数值模拟中湍流模型的适用性研究

         

摘要

在FLUENT 15.0软件中分别采用Spalart-Allmaras、Realizableκ-ε和SSTκ-ω3种湍流模型对多翼离心风机的气动性能及内流场进行稳态计算,并将数值计算结果与PIV试验所得数据进行对比分析.结果表明:在大流量Q>0.6 QBEP工况下,3种湍流模型的性能预测均较为准确,其中SSTκ-ω模型预测精度最高,Spalart-Allmaras次之;在流量Q<0.6QBEP工况下,3种湍流模型的性能预测均存在较大偏差.内部流动模拟方面,在最高效率点QBEP,SSTκ-ω模型能较好捕捉旋涡位置和速度梯度,其它2种模型表现相当.%The three-dimensional steady-state numerical simulation is carried out to compute the external characteristics and inner flow fields of the three turbulence models Spalart-Allmaras,Realizable κ-ε and SST κ-ω. And comparing the numerically computing performance and flow field information with aerodynamic performance and PIV experimental data. The results show that the three turbulence models are in good agreement with the experiment in the stable workspace. The SST κ-ω model has the highest precision,and followed by Spalart-Allmaras. In the low flow-rateregion,there is a large deviation among the three performance prediction. For the inner flow field state,the SST κ-ω model behaves best in capturing the swirl position and the velocity gradient of the flow field. The other two models show quite.
