离子液体烷基化工艺用新型旋流反应器压降比的试验研究

         

摘要

The pressure drop ratio performance in a new type of cyclone reactor for ionic liquid alkylation process was studied by experiment in the laboratory.The results indicate that the pressure drop ratio in the cyclone reactor is increased with the increase of the overflow ratio,and decreases with the increase of the feed rate,and increases with the increase of the inlet flow rate;With the increase of pressure drop ratio,the recovery rate of light phase is increased and the recovery of heavy phase is decreased;The recovery rate is connected to operating parameters by the pressure drop ratio in the cyclone reactor,which is used to guide the cyclone reactor to adapt to different field processes.%在室内对离子液体烷基化工艺用旋流反应器的压降比性能进行了试验研究.结果表明:离子液体烷基化工艺用旋流反应器的压降比,随着溢流比的增大而增大,随着进料比的增大而减小,随着入口流量的增大而增大;根据试验结果,建立旋流反应器的压降比计算模型;随着压降比的增大,轻相回收率增大,重相回收率减小;旋流反应的压降比把回收率与操作参数联系起来,用于指导旋流反应器适应不同的现场工艺.
