并联分离式热管内传热特性的试验研究

             

摘要

Visualization experiments of a group of millimeter level parallel and separation heat pipe are carried out which using methanol as working fluids.The heat pipe is made of quartz glass, whose evaporation section condensation section are composed of 7 vertical tubes(inner diameter 4mm).Meanwhile the evaporation section and the condensation section are connected by the adiabatic section(Transverse tube with inner diameter of 20mm).The purpose of this study is to reveal the complex gas-liquid two-phase phenomenon of the millimeter level heat pipe,and to understand its operating characteristics more deeply.The experimental results show that the heating temperature and liquid filling rate have important influence on the flow pattern and thermal performance of parallel and separation heat pipe.%对一组毫米级的并联分离式热管进行了可视化试验研究.该热管由石英玻璃制成,蒸发段及冷凝段均由7根立管(内径为4 mm)组成,且蒸发段与冷凝段由绝热段(内径20 mm的横管)连接.采用甲醇为工质.本试验的目的是,揭示毫米级的小管径热管内部所存在的复杂的气液两相现象,更好地了解其运行特征.试验表明加热温度及充液率等对并联分离式热管的流型及热力性能有着重要的影响.
