PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer pipe having sufficient heat transmission property and further excellent in machinability such as pipe expansion, and a heat exchanger including the heat transfer pipe.;SOLUTION: A heat transfer pipe is a twisted material of an extrusion original pipe, and has a plurality of fins formed spirally along a circumferential direction and along a longitudinal direction on an inner peripheral surface of a pipe body.
