往复压缩机故障诊断方法研究概述

摘要

介绍了往复压缩机故障诊断技术领域的相关技术,叙述了往复压缩机故障诊断技术的研究现状.结合往复压缩机常见故障类型,总结了典型故障模式的模拟试验方法;介绍了往复压缩机一些常用的故障诊断方法和信号分析技术;最后总结了往复压缩机故障诊断技术研究存在的问题及未来的发展方向.%This paper introduces the related technology and describes the research status of reciprocating compressors fault diagnosis technology. Combined with reciprocating compressors common fault types,it presentsa simulation experiment method for typical failure modes. This article describes some common fault diagnosis methods and signal analysis techniques for reciprocating compressors. In the end,this paper summarizes the problems in the research of fault diagnosis technology of reciprocating compressors and the future development direction.
