含间隙的往复式压缩机变工况动力学分析研究

         

摘要

以含有间隙运动副的往复式压缩机为研究对象,利用RecurDyn软件的碰撞函数,建立带有十字头销间隙的压缩机传动机构动力学模型,根据往复式压缩机热力学方程,借助MATLAB模拟出无级气量调节下的动态气体力.考虑不同间隙幅值和多种工作负荷的因素,研究机组在无级气量调节系统作用下的动力学特性.仿真结果表明,间隙接触副对压缩机传动机构的动力学性能有显著影响,为传动机构的设计提供依据.针对气量调节下的机组,分析变工况给传动机构带来的一系列影响,为无级气量调节系统的研究提供实际参考价值.%The research object is reciprocating compressor with clearance motion pair. A multi-body dynamic model of a reciprocating compressor transmission mechanism with a crosshead pin clearance pair is established based on the collision function model of RecurDyn software. According to the thermodynamic equation of reciprocating compressor,the dynamic gas force under the stepless capacity control is simulated with the help of MATLAB. By considering the different gap amplitude and various load factors,the dynamic characteristics of the unit under the influence of the Stepless Capacity Control System are studied. The simulation results show that the clearance contact pair has a significant influence on the dynamic performance of the compressor transmission mechanism,which provides the basis for the design of the transmission mechanism. In this paper,a series of effects on the transmission mechanism under variable working conditions are analyzed,which provides practical reference for the research of the stepless capacity control system.
