锥阀空化现象及多相流耦合强度研究

         

摘要

为了研究锥阀空化条件下流体与阀芯之间的相互作用,通过结合ANSYS Fluent和System Coupling软件平台实现锥阀和流体间相互耦合的数值模拟,得到锥阀在内流和外流条件下双向流固耦合时的空化区域气体体积分数和单向、双向耦合时的阀芯0~3 s时段内等效应力分布云图.对比分析发现在结构突变区域空化明显,外流空化区域较大,空化程度比内流严重.在锥面上应力集中明显,最大应力集中在阀芯尖端;内流时的等效应力远大于外流时的等效应力;流固双向耦合时的等效应力大于流固单向耦合时的等效应力;流固双向耦合时的阀芯尖端的最大等效应力波动形态与气泡的波动形态有较好的一致性.%In order to study the interaction between the fluid and the spool under the cavitation condition of the cone valve, the numerical simulation of the coupling between the cone valve and the fluid is carried out by combining the ANSYS Fluent and System Coupling software platform to obtain the two flows of the cone valve and the outflow The volume fraction of gas in the cavitation zone and the equivalent stress distribution of the cone valve spool in the unidirectional and two-way fluid-solid coupling during the 0-3s period. Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results,it is found that cavitation is obvious in the structural mutation area,the outflow cavitation area is larger and the cavitation degree is more serious than the inner flow. The equivalent stress is concentrated on the tip of the spool; the equivalent stress in the internal flow is much larger than the equivalent stress in the outflow;the equivalent stress in the fluid-solid two-way coupling is greater than that in the solid-solid coupling The maximum equivalent stress fluctuation of the spool at the time of fluid - solid coupling is in good agreement with the fluctuation of the bubble.
