建立RP-HPLC测定化妆品中白藜芦醇含量的方法.色谱柱为shimadzu ODS C18柱(4.6 mm x 150 mm,5m),流动相为甲醇:0.05%磷酸水溶液(50:50),等度洗脱,检测波长306 nm,流速1 mL/min,上样量10μL,柱温为室温.结果表明白藜芦醇在O~200 mg/L呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997,护肤品样品平均加标回收率为98.8%,相对标准偏差为2.06%.本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,适于化妆品中白藜芦醇的含量测定.%An RP-HPLC method for determination of resveratrol in cosmetics was reported. Separation was achieved on a Shimadzu ODS C18 column (4. 6 mm× 150 mm,5 m) with methanol/0. 05% phosphoric acid (50/50, V/V). The detection wavelength is 306 nm and the flow rate is 1. 0 mL/min. It was found that resveratrol had good linear relationship in the range of 0 -200 mg/L and the correlation coefficients of linear calibration curves was 0. 999 7. The average recovery of resveratrol is 98. 8% and the relative standard deviation is 2. 06 %.
