国产防晒类化妆品中15种防晒剂的高效液相色谱法检测

摘要

为建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定防晒类化妆品中15种防晒剂成分的方法，通过两个分别采用Agilent C8柱和Kroma-sil 100-5C18柱的色谱系统筛查产品中含有的防晒剂成分，并以对照品标准曲线法确定各防晒剂的含量。结果发现，利用色谱系统一所检测的6种防晒剂成分以及以色谱系统二检测的9种防晒剂成分各自之间的分离度符合要求，可完成快速同时测定15种防晒剂的常规检验工作。样品的前处理操作简便快捷，方法回收率高、重现性好，适用于对防晒类化妆品中多种防晒剂成分的同时测定。%To establish a HPLC method for determination of 15 kinds of sunscreen agent in sunblock cosmetics,two HPLC systems were used,and the content of each sunscreen agent was determined by the method of standard curve. The results showed that the resolution between these sunscreen agents met the requirement. It could rapidly determine 1 5 kinds of sun-screen agents in cosmetics simultaneously. Sample pre-processing of this method was simple and fast,also the coefficient of re-covery was high with good reproducibility.
