2015年广东省化妆品微生物污染状况调查

摘要

To evaluate the microbial contamination of cosmetics available in 2015 Guangdong province market, total of 10 516 cosmetic samples were tested and analyzed including total bacterial count, fecal coliform, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, molds and yeasts according to the Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics. The results showed that 73 samples failed to pass the requirements of related standards, the total pass rate was 99.31%. Thirty four samples failed in the item of total bacterial count, 3 samples failed in the item of molds and yeasts, 36 samples failed in the item of total bacterial count, molds and yeasts at the same time. But no sample failed in the item of pathogenic. That meant the hygiene of cosmetic products available in Guangdong province in 2015 was in good condition as a whole.%为了解2015年广东省内化妆品微生物污染情况，按照《化妆品卫生规范》（2007年版），对化妆品的菌落总数、粪大肠菌群、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、霉菌和酵母菌5个项目进行检测分析。结果发现检测的10516份化妆品中，不合格样品有73份，总合格率为99.31%。菌落总数单个项目不合格的样品有34份，霉菌和酵母菌单个项目不合格的样品有3份，菌落总数、霉菌和酵母菌两个项目同时不合格的样品36份，没有致病菌项目不合格的样品。因此，2015年广东省内化妆品的卫生状况总体良好。
