介绍了美国对于"天然"的法规概念,并利用氧化剂氧化天然苯乙醇制备苯乙醛,继而与天然异戊醛在碱性条件下发生羟醛缩合反应合成可卡醛.两步反应总收率为50.5%.该合成方法原料价廉易得,反应收率高,适合工业生产.该方法制得的可卡醛符合美国的"天然"概念.%In this paper, the definition of American"natural" was introduced. Natural cocal was produced from natural isovaleraldehyde and natural phenyl acetaldehyde which was made by oxidation of natural phenyl ethanol. This synthetic route had the advantages of low cost and easy available of raw material with high yield. It is beneficial for commercial production.
