为了建立一套适用于国内金枪鱼延绳钓船的CO2排放量化考核方法,根据该船型的作业特点提出了EEDI计算公式,运用该计算公式并采用统计回归的方法,回归了该船型的EEDI参考线公式。依据提出的EEDI计算公式和经过回归的EEDI参考线公式,建立了国内金枪鱼延绳钓船的EEDI考核办法,运用该考核办法对49.5 m金枪鱼延绳钓船进行EEDI实例计算。结果表明,该公式可以用于实船计算;对该船型的常规柴油机推进和电力推进的EEDI计算值进行了比较,结果体现了电力推进对多作业工况船型应用上的优越性。回归公式对于总吨位100~650的金枪鱼延绳钓船有一定的适用性,可以建立基于EEDI量化考核指标的国内金枪鱼延绳钓船的CO2减排评价方法。%For the purpose of establishing the CO2 emission quantitative assessment method for the domestic tuna longliners, the EEDI formula was studied based on the ship’ s operating characteristics;Using the EEDI formula and with the calculation of the statistical regression, the EEDI reference formula of the ship type was made;Based on the studied EEDI formula and the regressive EEDI reference formula, the EEDI value of 49.5m tuna longliner ship was calculated, the results showed that the formula could be used to calculate the real ship;The EEDI value of the conventional diesel propulsion and the electric propulsion of the ship wear also compared, and the results indicate that the electric propulsion was better about the EEDI value in the multi working condition ships. The regression formula is applicable for the tuna longliners of 100~650 GT;and the CO2 emission reduction assessment method for the domestic tuna longliners based on the EEDI quantitative evaluation could be built.
