针对目前消防工作的需求,确定快插式防脱免扎消防水带接口的整体设计方案,并完成雄接口、雌接口和配合接口的设计.建立快插式防脱免扎消防水带接口的运动黏度模型和层流模型,通过SolidWorks Flow Simulation软件完成了对水带接口的流体动力学分析.结果表明:流体在水带接口内腔的流体动力学损失小,能够保证水压,验证了该接口在实际使用中的可靠性.%Aimed at the fire field work demand,the complete design scheme of quick connector against dropping of fire hose coupling was determined,and the designs of A port,B port,and cooperation port were finished.Kinematic viscosity model and laminar flow model of quick connector against dropping of fire hose coupling were built.CFD analysis of fire hose coupling was conducted by SolidWorks Flow Simulation software.The results showed that little hydrodynamic force loss of water in house coupling lumen could ensure the fluid pressure and verify the reliability of the coupling in the actual use.
