一起地铁盾构机燃爆事故的调查与思考

摘要

介绍一起地铁盾构机较大亡人燃爆事故的调查,分析盾构机的构造、原理、工艺和风险因素,根据证人证言和现场勘验中发现的烟熏、炭化、变色、冲击等多种痕迹,运用分析、推理、排除等方法,认定事故燃爆原因为静电火花引燃火灾,从技术和管理两方面对类似事故的防范提出整改措施及建议.%This paper introduced the investigation on a subway shield machine blast accident with high casualties, and made full analysis of thestructure of the shield machine and the working prin-ciple, process and the risk factors. According to the witness testi-mony and traces of smoke, carbonization, discoloration, impact-found during on-site inspection, using analysis, reasoning, exclu-sion and other methods, identified the cause of the explosion as static spark igniting the fire, and from technical and management aspects put forward suggestions on similar accident prevention.
