风机机舱内可燃物火灾危险性评价

     

摘要

针对风机机舱内软质聚氨酯吸音泡沫和润滑脂等典型(半)固态可燃物,通过锥形量热仪测试获取不同外加热辐射功率下的热释放速率、总释放热、比消光面积、烟气释放速率、总释放烟气量等.结合以上单项参数发展的FPI、FGI及SP复合参数进行综合潜在火灾危险性评估.利用热薄型积分模型,推导两者的最小点火辐射能,从本质安全的角度出发评价其火灾安全性.结果表明:随热辐射功率增加80%,聚氨酯峰值热释放速率增大约97.5%,点燃时间缩短92%,容易形成机舱火灾中首项可燃物;热辐射功率为75 kW/m2时,润滑脂引燃时间较聚氨酯增加81.8%,其峰值热释放速率约是聚氨酯的29.5倍.%To rank potential fire hazards of solid (semisolid) combustibles such as sound-absorbing polyurethane foam and grease in wind turbines,properties (heat release rate,total heat release,specific extinction area and smoke production release rate and total smoke production release rate) were tested via cone calorimeter.The comprehensive potential fire hazards assessment were studied via the parameters above,FPI,FGI and SP.By thermally-thin integral model,the minimum ignition radiant energy of the two was deducted,and the fire safety was assessed in points of intrinsically safe.The results showed that,when heat radiating power increase 80%,the PkHRR of polyurethane foam increase about 97.5% and the ignition time reduce 92%,and is easy to became the first to be ignited.When the heat radiating power was 75 kW/m2,the ignition time of grease was 81.8% more than that of polyurethane foam,and the PkHRR is 29.5 times than polyurethane foam.
