锂电池热失控火灾与变动环境热失控实验

     

摘要

Based on the experiments about thermal runaway behavior of lithium battery, the thermal runaway characteristics of 18650 lithium battery with SOC(State of Charge) of 20%, 30%, 50%, 70% and 100% was summarized, which includes thermal runaway spread, heat release rate, temperature, mass loss and gas release.The thermal runaway hazard of lithium battery in the cockpit, passenger cabin and cargo was analyzed and the ability of aircraft interior extinguishing system, ventil-ation system and other auxiliary systems to withstand the hazard caused by fire accidents of lithium battery was analyzed too.Experiments under variation condition during flying were introduced to provide a reference for large-scale and others experiments and for the design and improvement of aircraft's fire extinguishing systems in the future.%基于锂电池热失控火灾特性实验,总结电荷量为20%、30%、50%、70%、100%的18650型锂离子热失控特性,包括热失控传播、热释放速率、温度、质量损失、释放的气体.分析驾驶舱、客舱和货舱内锂电池热失控危险特性及内部灭火与通风系统等设施承受锂电池火灾的能力.介绍模拟飞行变动环境下热失控实验,为大规模锂电池相关实验的开展以及飞机灭火系统设计改进提供参考.
