高压天然气管道泄漏孔位置对喷射火的影响

     

摘要

利用FDS对比研究泄漏孔在顶部、侧面和底部对喷射火的影响,研究高压天然气管道泄漏孔位置对周围人员与设备的危害.分析喷射火焰的几何特征、热辐射、危害半径.结果表明:泄漏孔在9点钟方向时,喷射火沿水平方向喷射130 m,高温区与热辐射区覆盖整个燃气输配站;泄漏孔在6点钟方向时,地面阻碍了喷射火在竖直方向上的蔓延,危害范围减小;泄漏孔在12点钟方向时,高温区域与热辐射区域在竖直方向上,对人员与设备的危害最低.%Using FDS, the contrast research on the influence of leak hole at the top, sides and bottom on jet fire was carried out, to research the influence of leak hole position on the people and equipment around.The geometric features of flame, heat radiation and damage radius were analyzed.The results showed that when the leakage hole at nine 9 o'clock direction, the fire spread along the horizontal direction for 130 m, high temperature and thermal radiation area covered the whole gas transmission station;When the leakage hole at 6 o'clock direction, the floor hindered the spread of jet fire in the vertical direction, hazard radius reduced;When the hole at 12 o'clock direction, high temperature and thermal radiation on the vertical direction had the smallest harm to personnel and equipment.
