Target orientation by using of phase interferometry is a typical and mature technology, it has advantages such as simple principle and high accuracy. Measurement error due to processing or installation deviation of criss- cross array configuration is studied, approximate algorithm is given and simulation modeling is presented, which provides some theoretical support for determining processing specifications of high precision orientation system.%利用相位干涉法进行目标定向是一种经典而成熟的技术,具有原理简单、精度高的优点。本文针对十字型布阵中加工或安装偏差导致的测量误差进行研究,提供近似算法,进行仿真建模,对高精度定向系统确定加工指标提供一定的理论支持。
