人民币国际化的制约条件及实现路径研究

摘要

To RMB internationalization as the starting point, this paper analyzes real foundation of RMB internationalization. On this basis, this paper analyzes constraints of RMB internationalization. And on this theory basis, this paper designs achievement channels to RMB internationalization. This proposes that RMB internationalization should realize by means of RMB outward FDI, capital items free ex-change, reformation to exchange rate and interests rate, independence of exchange rate policy and mon-etary policy, regionalization boosting internationalization, etc. This paper will offer important strategy references for China government to fast boost RMB internationalization proceeding, and which will pos-sess important theoretical and practical significance to enhance China economic and political status.%　　强劲的经济实力、庞大的贸易规模、稳定的货币环境、高效的金融监管等为人民币国际化提供了重要的现实基础，但是，大宗商品的美元定价权、贸易对手国的强势币种、资本项目的低兑换程度、利率与汇率的非市场化机制、汇率政策与货币政策的强关联性等制约了人民币国际化进程。对此，必须对各个制约条件进行有效治理、科学设计人民币国际化的实现路径，为我国顺利实现人民币国际化目标提供重要的理论指导与决策参考。
