Wisdom city is 2.0 the city of new form of The Times, innovation would lead innovation 2.0 new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics. But due to the restriction of the traditional investment and financing system, the wisdom of the city development face serious bottlenecks, cause the information infrastructure, transportation, wisdom industry in key areas such as construction lag, the major project to promote the slow, seriously hindered the process of the wisdom urban construction.
