This article selects the practice of the CEO Successor as the research point, focusing on the question:what practices will the New CEO take to adapt to organization and external environment? With a review of the literature at home and abroad,the Practices of the CEO Successor is divided into two groups:the relationship integration within organization and strategic change outside the organization.The CEO succession situation,CEO succession characteristics are studied at the same time.Finally suggestions are made for future research.%针对 CEO 继任者决策,重点关注一个问题:CEO 继任者会采取什么决策来适应组织内外部环境?通过对国内外文献的回顾,将 CEO 继任者决策分为两个部分:针对组织内部的关系整合和针对组织外部的战略变革。同时研究了 CEO 继任情境、CEO 继任特征、CEO 继任来源、组织情境和环境特征对 CEO 继任者决策的影响。最后结合研究现状,对比国外研究,提出了国内未来研究应注意的问题及未来的研究方向,以期为后续 CEO 继任研究提供有益的借鉴。
