对人民币国际化战略的思考

摘要

After the outbreak of financial crisis, the： government of United States was forced to launch two quantitative easing mo- netary policies and aggressive fiscal policy, which cause worldwide liquidity surplus. The US dollar continued to depreciate, with the appreciation of the BMB, China International Reserves in dollar assets shrink dramatically, which affect China＇ s foreign investment and trade. Many experts and scholars are concerned with avoiding exchange rate risk and breaking the predicament. This paper presents a solution to the problem ： to realize the internationalization of RMB.%金融危机爆发后迫使美国政府推出两轮“量化宽松”的货币政策和激进的财政政策，造成世界范围的流动性过剩。美元一路下跌，人民币不断升值，使我国国际储备中的美元资产大幅缩水，并困扰着我国对外投资与贸易。如何规避汇率风险，打破困局成为许多专家学者担忧的问题。本文提出人民币国际化是解决问题的办法之一。
