新疆产业转型与生态环境效应分析

摘要

产业转型对于区域生态环境的影响是十分重要的,尤其是对于新疆这样一个生态环境比较脆弱、产业转型存在多重复杂性的区域,产业转型对生态环境系统的影响越来越受到关注。本文分析了新疆产业结构演变以及不同产业发展对生态环境的影响,利用不同产业的生态环境影响指数计算了1978年以后新疆产业转型的生态环境效应。认为新疆基于生态环境保护的产业转型道路任重而道远,需进一步发展循环经济,落实和实施基于生态环境保护的长效产业政策。%The industrial transformation has an important effect on the regional ecological environment, Because of the weak ecological environment and complex industry transformation in Xinjiang, we pay more attention to the influence of ecological environment system. In this paper we analyze the evolution of industrial structure and the eeo - environmental impact of industrial devel- opment in Xinjiang. By using IIISNE we get the eeo - environment effect of the industrial transformation after 1978 in Xinjiang. Industrial transformation based on eco - environmental protection is an arduous task, and therefore, it is important and urgent to carry on the long -termed effective industrial policies.
