新疆新型工业化发展水平评价与主导产业选择

摘要

To accelerate the new industrialization in Xinjiang is the significant strategy deployment made at the central work in Xinjiang Forum,the Central Economic Working Conference,and the Autonomous regional committee seventh（enlargement） Conference.This paper discusses the new industrialization development level in Xinjiang,and analyzes comparatively with other provinces.We found that,the new industrialization development level in Xinjiang is relative low-ranking.In order to improve the new industrialization development level,the key is to promote the industrialization quality and the industrialization potential and sustainability.And on that basis,we select the leading industry in the new industrialization in Xinjiang with Weaver-Thomas model and combinative analysis method.We hold the opinion that Xinjiang should accelerate construct circular economy industry chain,and form circular economy leading industrial cluster which has certain advantages.%加速推进新疆新型工业化进程是中央新疆工作座谈会、中央经济工作会议、自治区党委七届九次、十次全委（扩大）会议作出的重大战略部署。本文对新疆的新型工业化发展水平进行了研究,并与国内其他省区进行了对比分析,得出新疆新型工业化发展水平排名较后,要提高其新型工业化发展水平,重点是提升工业化质量以及工业化的潜力和可持续性。在此基础上采用Weaver-Thomas模型和综合分析法对新疆新型工业化进程中的主导产业进行了选择,认为现阶段新疆应加快构建循环经济产业链,形成具有一定优势的循环经济工业主导产业集群。
