乌鲁木齐社会公众生态文明意识与行为的调查分析

摘要

This paper, by designing "Urumqi Public Consciousness of Ecological Civilization and Behavior Questionnaire", conducts a study of it from four aspects, namely, the knowledge of its connotations, the practice of it, the acceptance of its construction and the satisfaction to the living environment.At the same time, problems existing in the construction of ecological civilization and and influencing factors are also analyzed.The results show that the public know, practice and accept ecological civilization more but less satisfied with it;poor air quality and household garbage are the most serious environmental problems facing the respondents;lack of public participation and support of the government are main problems facing the construction of ecological civilization in Urumqi;the policy support of the government and the quality of the people are main factors affecting the construction of ecological civilization.Based on this, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.%本文通过编制"乌鲁木齐社会公众生态文明意识与行为的调查问卷",对生态文明的意识与行为分四个方面进行研究,即对生态文明相关内涵的知晓度、对生态文明的践行程度、生态文明建设的认同度以及对周围生活环境的满意度四个方面,同时对生态文明建设中存在的问题以及影响因素进行了分析.调查结果表明:乌鲁木齐社会公众对生态文明的知晓度、践行度、认同度较高,但满意度较低;空气质量差和生活垃圾是受访者认为乌鲁木齐当前面临的较为严重的环境问题;缺少公众参与以及政府支持力度不够是乌鲁木齐生态文明建设所面临的主要问题;政府的政策支持、全民的素质是生态文明建设的主要影响因素.为此,本文提出了相应的对策建议.
