大芯径光纤分束器制作工艺研究

光无源器件是光纤通信设备的重要组成部分,光纤分束器是光无源器件中一种重要的功能器件.在非通信光纤的应用中,对于大芯径光纤分束器的应用也越来越多.对这类分束器目前主要制作方法为熔融拉锥法,它具有附加损耗低、方向性好等优点.%Passive optical components are an important part of optical fiber communication equipment.Optical fiber coupler is an important functional device among passive optical devices.In the application of non-communication fibers,large-diameter fiber couplers have found more and more uses.For this kind of optical fiber couplers,the main production method is melting and cone-drawing method,which has the advantages of low excess loss and low directivity.
