直接纱卷绕比对直接纱性能的影响

摘要

通过对比不同卷绕比的直接纱的纱束宽度、浸润剂迁移、毛羽量、卷径、退解的差异分析了直接纱卷绕比对直接纱性能的影响,并分析了直接纱可燃物含量均匀性、退解、纱线宽度对玻璃钢生产工艺的影响.%This paper mainly analyzes the influence of the direct roving winding ratio on the direct roving properties by comparing different roving width, sizing agent migration, fuzz amount, winding diameter and unwinding performance. The paper also analyzes the effect of the uniformity of combustable matter content in direct roving, roving unwinding performance and roving width on the production process of GRP.
