砂带机在立车中的应用及优化设计

摘要

为解决端盖和中空轴的精加工问题，在立车上增加了砂带机装置，以满足零件精度及粗糙度的要求。应用过程中，有很多不完善的地方，特别是端盖和中空轴的根部R处精加工的干涉问题，通过砂带机的优化设计，最终解决了普通立车精加工端盖和中空轴的问题，扩大了立车的加工能力。%In order to improve the fine finishing technique , the vertical lathe is quipped with grinding belt device , but some incomplete results emerge during the application process , specially the interference prob-lems of the root radius of the end cover or hollow shaft . After the optimization design of grinding belt device , this kind of problem has been solved , and the working ability of vertical lathe has been improved a lot .
