刚果(金)某铜矿石碎磨特性参数研究

         

摘要

The SAG Milling Comminution and Bond work index test was carried out , in order to clarify the comminution parameters of some copper deposit ore in DRC . The results of SAG Milling Comminution show that the hardness of the copper deposit ore is medium . Bond work index test show that the copper deposit ore is soft and fragile . The closed circuit ball mill process is recommended , because the wear -re-sisting of copper deposit ore is moderate . The mineral abrasion ability is low . The ratio of RWI and BWI shows that the AG/SAG is not an option for the copper deposit ore in DRC . The copper deposit ore can easily be handled by a secondary grinding mill , such as a ball mill .%为明确刚果(金)某铜矿床矿石碎磨特性,针对项目岩芯样开展了半自磨机粉碎性试验和邦德功指数试验。半自磨机粉碎性试验试验结果表明该矿床的矿石硬度中等;邦德功指数试验表明该矿床矿石较软易碎,矿石耐磨度适中,适合在闭路球磨机工艺下处理,矿石磨蚀能力低。邦德棒磨功指数和邦德球磨功指数的比值说明,该矿床矿石不适用于自磨/半自磨机处理,可以考虑增加二段球磨工艺。
