基于ISM模型的矿业项目BOT模式风险影响因素研究

摘要

BOT mining project has some traits,for example: a long payback period,many stakeholders groups,commodity price volatility,high risk,etc,So the impact of project risk factors,determine the influencing factors and projects,the relationship between the influencing factors is a primary issue that must be addressed.From the research on the basic theories of investment and profit,the influencing factors of BOT mining project are extracted from cash inflows and outflows.The influencing factors such as direct factors,indirect factors and basic factors,the relationship of which are analyzed by the interpretation structure model(ISM).The essence of BOT mining project risk is deeply dissected.%BOT矿业项目具有投资回收期长、利益相关者多、矿产品价格波动大、风险高等特点,因此研究影响项目风险的因素,确定影响因素和项目、影响因素之间的关系是必须解决的首要问题.从投资和收益出发,利用现金流入和流出寻找影响BOT矿业项目风险的因素,运用解释结构模型(ISM)进行分析,找出对影响风险的直接因素、间接因素和根本因素及相互关系,深入探寻影响BOT矿业项目风险的本质原因.
