压差引射式粒子注入系统数值模拟与实验验证

         

摘要

Particle injection system is a prerequisite for the realization of particle impact drilling technology.How to inject particles into high pressure drilling fluid and obtain the suitable particle volume fraction for drilling site is a very important research topic in China and abroad.This article discusses the influence of different relationship of the fluidized nozzle diameter,the diameter of the throttle and the diameter of the discharge port on the stability of particle injection flow and particle volume fraction.Pulse degree of the particle injection process and the particle volume fraction were used to optimize the structural parameters.Finally,the results of the simulation were verified by laboratory experiments.The results show that the optimal ratio of the three structural parameters is 1∶4∶10.The optimized differential pressure injection particle injection system can achieve the stable injection of particles and obtain the ideal particle volume fraction.%粒子注入系统是粒子冲击钻井技术实现的前提,如何稳定地将粒子注入到高压钻井液中并获得适用于钻井现场的粒子体积分数是国内外十分关注的研究课题.文中研究了不同排量下,流态化喷嘴直径、节流圈直径、下料口直径这3个关键参数的比例关系对粒子注入流动稳定性和粒子体积分数的影响,并以粒子注入过程的脉动度和粒子体积分数为判断标准对结构参数进行了优化,最后对模拟的结果进行室内实验验证.研究结果表明,数值模拟优化后的三者最佳配比关系为1∶4∶10,优化后的压差引射式粒子注入系统能实现粒子的稳定注入并获得理想的粒子体积分数.
