不同提取工艺对葛根素提取率的比较

摘要

通过试验确定盐析法、正丁醇提取法、大孔树脂吸附法、索氏提取法提取湖北荆门地区葛根素的最佳提取条件，并比较4种不同方法的提取率。结果表明，索氏提取的方法提取率高于其他3种方法，可以使葛根素提取率达到1.56%。%The best conditions to extract puerarin are determined which come from Jingmen, Hubei province with salting out method, n-butyl alcohol extraction, macroporous resin adsorption method and soxhlet extraction method and the four different methods of extraction efficiency are compared through the experiment. The results show that the soxhlet extraction method of extraction rate is higher than other three methods, which can make the puerarin extraction rate reach 1.56%.
