女性管理者队伍的现状及其改善途径分析

         

摘要

The social background,the development of women appear unprecedented new appearance,and also female managers in the organization’s important role have become increasingly prominent,but it still exists from society,organization,women themselves and so on in reality,which is not conductive to the growth of female managers.This paper is to analyze the causes of the phenomenon and put forward ways of improvement,and seriously with emphasis on the situation of organization division of labor female compared to male is the cause why women are ignored ,cannot be held important positions and appearing so-called“glass ceiling”.It is designed to appeal to all areas of society together,realize the value of female managers and promote the construction of female managers team and the harmony of society development.%当今社会背景下,女性的发展出现了前所未有的新面貌,女性管理者在组织中的重要作用也日趋凸显,但现实中仍然存在来自社会、组织和女性自身等多方面不利于女性管理者成长的问题。本文分析了这种现状产生的原因及改善的途径,着重提出组织中女性相较于男性的岗位分工现状是女性管理者被忽视、无法担任高层岗位、出现所谓“玻璃天花板”的主要原因。旨在呼吁各界共同行动,实现女性管理者的价值,促进女性管理者队伍的建设和推动社会的和谐发展。
