分析仪器光电检测系统设计

     

摘要

To help the students deeply understanding the law of optical absorption, the principles of optical sensors and signal detection system and the method of data processing of analytical instrument, a photocurrent detection system based on microcontroller unit and A/D converter is designed . The principle and design method of optical detection system in analytical instrument are introduced. For detecting the weak optical current, the design ideas of hardware and software of data acquisition system based on DDC114 are detailed analyzed. Especially the anti-interference measures are considered in the end.%为帮助学生深入理解分析仪器中的光吸收定律、光传感器和信号检测系统的原理及数据处理方法,设计了一种基于单片机和A/D转换器的光电检测系统.介绍了分析仪器中光电检测系统的原理及设计方法;针对微弱光电流检测的问题,阐述了基于DDC114的数据采集系统的软硬件设计思路和抗干扰措施.
