近年来,河南省高等教育信息化建设实现了跨越式发展,为中原经济区建设提供了有力支持.为了深入了解河南省高等教育信息化建设应用情况和存在的问题,采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,从基础设施建设、信息资源建设、信息化应用和信息化保障4个方面实证分析了河南省高等教育信息化建设与应用现状,指出了当前存在重硬件建设轻资源应用、编码标准不统一、教育信息化评价考核机制不健全等问题.最后从建立健全教育信息化标准与规范体系、提高优质数字教育资源的建设和共享水平、建立健全教育信息化综合评价考核体系和开展高等教育信息化试点工作4个方面提出了教育信息化的发展对策.%In recent years, it has been made a great-leap-forward development in the information construction of higher education in Henan Province. In order to deepen understanding of its carrying-out and problems, methods like questionnaires and interviews have been used to practically analyze the construction and application status in the following four ways: infrastructure construction, information resources building, informationization application and security. The analysis has pointed that there exist some problems such as paying more attention to hardware and making light of the resources,non-uniform coding standards,unsound evaluation on educational informationizaiton assessment system, according to which the developing strategies are put forward in the following four aspects: establishing the educational informaitonized standard system,improving the high-quality digital education construction and sharing level, establishing the comprehensive evaluation assessment system, and developing the experiment of higher educational informationization.
