高职院校综合实训教学质量提升的探索与实践

摘要

This paper analyses the reasons for the poor teaching quality of comprehensive practical training in vocational colleges .Taking the teaching quality management experience of the practical courses of vocational education in UK as a reference ,this paper explores a new way of teaching reform in comprehensive practical traning .It includes building a virtual training environment ,implementing the modular layered training ,small‐class grouping and diversified assessment , emphasizing the construction of teaching resources , and strengthening the internal supervision and examination of teaching quality .%分析了高职院校综合实训教学效果不理想的几方面原因，借鉴英国职业教育实践课程教学质量管理的做法，在综合实训教学改革方面探索新思路和新做法，主要是构建虚拟实训环境、进行模块化分层训练、实行小班化的分组和多样化考核、注重教学资源的建设，以及加强教学质量的内部监审。
