挠性转子-轴承动力性能实验装置开发与应用

         

摘要

为了更深入地研究转子-轴承系统耦合动力学性能,以及提升化工过程流体机械、机械设备故障诊断技术、机械振动等相关课程的教学效果,自主设计了一套挠性转子-滑动轴承实验装置.实验装置由驱动装置、振动测试系统、以及润滑系统等组成.两轴承座间的跨距可变,以适应支撑不同长度的工业用转子;轴承座与轴承之间采用可拆卸工装过渡,便于更换不同结构、不同尺寸的滑动轴承以比较其动力特性.该实验装置可以实现信号的时域分析和频域分析,实现各种不同结构滑动轴承的轴心轨迹、内部流场压力测试以及动平衡等功能.实践表明,该实验装置可操作性强,既可以用于课题研究,又可开展多种教学实验,具有较强的应用价值.%To further study the coupling dynamics performance of rotor-bearing system,and enhance the teaching effect of Chemical Process Fluid Machinery,Mechanical Equipment Fault Diagnosis Technology ,Mechanical Vibration and other related courses, a flexible rotor-bearing experimental device is independently designed, and applied to the experiment teaching.The device is composed of a driving device,experimental device,vibration testing system, lubricating system,etc.Between the bearing chock and the bearing,the removable tooling transition is adopted,which is easy to replace the sliding bearings of different structure and different size so as to compare their dynamic features.The experimental device can realize the time-domain analysis and frequency-domain analysis of signals,and also realize the test on the sliding bearing axis trajectories of the various and different structures,the pressure test on the internal flow field, and the test on dynamic balance and other functions.The practice shows that the experimental device has stronger operability,which can be used for not only the subject research,but also a variety of teaching experiments.Therefore,it has stronger application value.
