溴化双卤取代苄基季鏻盐制备及其抗菌性能综合化学实验

         

摘要

以2,4-双卤代甲苯和三苯基膦为原料,制备了3种溴化双卤取代苄基三苯基季鏻盐.采用元素分析、红外光谱、电子喷雾质谱和电导法对其进行了组成分析和结构表征.利用平板法和二倍稀释法测定了所制备的季鏻盐对金葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌性能.结果表明,制备的3种季鏻盐对金葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌都具有良好的抗菌性能.该实验作为应用化学、化学生物学和制药工程等专业的综合化学实验项目,使学生了解取代季鏻类抗菌剂的制备及其应用,激发学生学习研究兴趣,提高学生的综合素质和创新能力,锻炼学生组织能力和团结协作的精神.%Three disubstituted benzyl triphenyl quaternary phosphonium salts are synthesized by taking 2,4-dihalogenated toluene and triphenylphosphine as the starting materials.Their composition and structure are characterized by elemental analysis, electrospray mass spectra, infrared spectra and conductivity. The antimicrobial activities on colibacillus and staphylococcus aureus are determined by the flat method and double dilution method.The antibacterial experiment shows that three phosphonium salts have good antibacterial performance on colibacillus and staphylococcus aureus.This experiment could be used as a comprehensive chemical experiment for applied chemistry,chemical biology and pharmaceutical engineering majors,which can help students to understand the syntheses and application of quaternary phosphonium salts,to stimulate their research interest,and promote their comprehensive quality and innovative ability.Students'organization abilities as well as the spirit of solidarity and collaboration are improved.
