高校实验室安全管理的心理疏导体系的构建探讨

摘要

The safe operation of laboratory is the guarantee of teaching,scientific research work in colleges and universities to carry out the important supporting conditions.Laboratory safety management involves all aspects,but the decision role is the human factor.Through the psychological analysis of laboratory safety management,from participating in laboratory operation and management of the five aspects of the psychological perspective,to build a “five-one”laboratory safety management system of psychological counseling,by using the correct psychological counseling method. The five aspects of laboratory safety management have the right mentality to ensure that the human factor plays a correct role in the laboratory safety management.%高校实验室的安全运行是保障教学、科研工作有序开展的重要支撑条件。实验室的安全管理涉及方方面面，但起决定作用的是人的因素。通过对实验室安全管理的心理分析，从参与实验室运行与管理的5个方面的人员的心理角度出发，建立起“五位一体”的实验室安全管理的心理疏导体系，通过运用正确的心理疏导方法，使5方面人员对实验室安全管理具有正确的心态，确保人的因素在实验室安全管理中发挥正确的作用。
