虚实结合的数控技术实验教学平台设计与应用

         

摘要

The virtual‐actual combination experimental teaching platform for Numerical Control technology course has been designed and applied ,mainly including based on THWHK‐1B experimental platform of numerical control machining center and control technology ,with the Picture software of FAUNC system , writing the PMC program suitable for simulation to simulate the software choose tool and automatic tool of the turntable style tool magazine ,similarly ,displaying the process of AUTO tool changer and combining the actual automatic tool change of the machining center ,which is helpful for students to understand the complex process of AUTO tool changer and complicated PLC program ,the application of transducer and hydraulic pressure components .Because the platform can synchronously displayed the processing status and the internal register information of PMC on the control panel of CNC Machining Center ,it can be used for on‐line real‐time monitoring and remote control ,also can be used for aided experimental teaching of these theory courses such as Numerical Control Technology ,Programmable Logic Controller (PLC ) Applications ,Sensor and Testing Technology ,Hydraulic Pneumatic Technology ,etc .%基于THWHK‐1B型数控加工中心控制技术,设计了虚实结合的数控技术实验教学平台。该平台用FA U NC系统自带的Picture软件编写适于仿真的PM C程序,模拟斗笠式刀库的软件选刀、换刀,虚实结合仿真显示与实现寻刀和换刀过程,便于学生理解复杂的斗笠刀库换刀过程、较复杂PLC的编程实现及传感器与液压气压元件的应用。该平台既能用于在线实时监控和远程控制,也可用于数控技术、PLC应用、传感器与检测技术应用、液压气动等理论课程的辅助实验教学。
