基于 PCS7和 Simul ink 的过程控制虚拟仿真实验平台开发

         

摘要

In order to solve the problem of high cost and low efficiency in students experiments at actual platform for the Process Control course,a kind of virtual experimental platform is proposed based on PCS7 and Simulink.The actual plant model can be simulated by Simulink.The process control algorithm can be realized in PCS7 by the CFC programming method.The communication with PCS7 and Simulink can be implemented successfully via OPC.Taking the experiment of the double water tank level control as an example,the design process of the virtual experimental platforms is illuminated in details.The results show that the virtual simulation platform can reduce the cost of hardware,the interest of students experiments can be inspired,and the experimental efficiency will be improved largely.%为了解决过程控制实验 DCS 硬件成本高、学生的实验效率低等问题,提出一种基于 PCS7和Simulink 的虚拟实验平台开发方案。该方案利用 Simulink 提供的子系统搭建实际工业对象模型,在 PCS7中组态过程控制算法,通过 OPC 通信进行实时仿真。以双容水箱液位控制实验为例,介绍了整个实验平台的搭建过程。实际教学效果表明,该实验平台减少了硬件成本,激发了学生的实验兴趣,提高了实验效率。
