This paper based on the Michelson interferometer uses the stress testing module and the linear CCD microcontroller counting module to design the intelligent wire elastic modulus measuring instrument,and the experiments have been carried out to verify the measuring instrument.The instrument adopts TSL1401 linear CCD to capture the light intensity signal interference rings,records signals by the single chip microcomputer accurately and automatically ,and displays the number of interference circle stimulation, then gets the measurement of elastic modulus of metal wire.Experiments show that the design of wire elastic modulus measuring instrument can realize the intelligent measurement with characteristics of simple structure and high precision.%在迈克耳孙干涉仪的基础上,用应力测试模块、线阵 CCD 单片机计数模块设计了智能化金属丝弹性模量测量仪,并对该测量仪进行了实验验证。该测量仪采用 TSL1401线阵 CCD 捕捉干涉圆环的光强信号,并通过单片机自动精确记录和显示干涉圆环吞吐数量,从而实现对金属丝的弹性模量的测量。实验表明,所设计的金属丝弹性模量测量仪能实现智能化测量,具有结构简单、精度高的特点。
