开放式实验教学中药品准备和管理的探索与实践

     

摘要

The advanced physical chemistry experiment course is carried out in a totally open teaching mode at Peking University.Students can design experimental projects and explore by themselves.The course needs over three hundreds requirements of chemical reagents and the categories are different every year.Thus systemic preparation process and management measure of chemical reagents are established by experimental technicians to efficiently satisfy the experimental requirements.Open experimental teaching can be carried out successfully.Chemical reagents are allocated scientifically to reduce the cost of experiment.Based on the hazard grade,the chemical reagents are controlled to ensure the experiment security.The waste liquid is collected in different category to protect environment and human health.%北京大学化学基础实验教学中心中级物理化学实验课程实行完全意义的“开放式教学”,学生自主设计实验方案并独立进行实验探索,平均每年教学中学生的化学药品(简称药品)需求问题超过300个,且种类变化不定。实验室管理者相应地建立了一系列药品准备流程和管理措施,以学生为本,高效解决了所有药品需求,保障了开放式实验教学的顺利开展;通过统筹调配实验资源和科学管理,节约了实验成本;根据危险性大小对药品分类管控,确保了实验安全;危险化学废液进行分类回收,注重环保健康。
